I have downgraded my iPod touch before from 3.1.1 to 3.0, but I am wondering if there is a way to downgrade a 3G S from 3.1.1 to 3.0, or just jailbreak it with 3.1.1 on it. I have been googling it for ever, but cant really find any straight answers. Also, I have tried to just download the 3G S 3.0 .IPSW file and then holding option and clicking restore in iTunes (while my phone was in DFU mode), and then finding the 3.0 IPSW, but after it extracts, it says this build is not valid.
