Q. I just got a Dell Inspiron 600M, and it doesn't have sound. It's a used one, but the previous owner said there is a sound card. I have read that I have to delete the existing audio driver files, but I don't know how. I am running XP home edition on it, and have no idea what to do. My brother has done it on Vista, but doesn't know how on XP. What do I do?
